Men’s health is not rocket science. It isn’t all too complicated. It does require an advanced knowledge of hormones, bio-physiology, nutrition, diet, stress management and proper use of effective supplementation. Men need testosterone, and they need it balanced with production being optimized. That’s the easy part. The hard part is identifying the best mechanisms and strategy to optimize testosterone.

Testosterone production and optimization may require estrogen detoxification, heavy metal detoxification, nutrient level balancing, stress reduction, sleep maximization, belly fat reduction, overall body fat reduction, testosterone boosting, growth hormone optimization, gut health and digestion improvement, diet balance and meal frequency, etc. It is quite apparent it takes an assessment which can assess the body accurately in order to identify the best strategy to create the most efficient plan to maximize testosterone and overall male vitality and longevity.
